职位描述：
Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive assistance to the client for facility, project, EHS & security managements.
？ Document controls for financial and engineering records
？ Maintain and develop engineering drawings and specs related to facility, EHS & security.
？ Project managements to improve the work places
？ EHS & Security management to ensure the compliance to legal and corporate policies
？ Drive continuous improvement on workspace services regarding space planning, facility management, EHS and security.
？ Coordinate with internal & external resources for above tasks
？ Other tasks assigned by clients.

Qualifications and Education:

- BSc or MSc from key university.
- 1~3 years of relevant working experiences, Facility or Engineering function in factories is preferential
- Fluent Oral and written English（CET 4+）.
- Familiar with AutoCAD & MS Office and,
Good communication and presentation skill
