GHC Ventures Limited is a young, international start-up company focusing on product customization work, in particular on smartphone and tablet accessories for the brand White Diamonds (www.white-diamonds.com) and Black Rock (www.blackrock-mobile.com).
We are now looking for a Product Development Manager who will to carry out all tasks around locating and building relationships with new suppliers and developing new products. This position is available immediately and will require a strong commitment from the applicant.

Product Development Manager
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
? Good commercial sense and understanding of market environment.
? Work closely with German-based Design Team and suppliers to
develop products.
? Define product development and management plans in terms of
features, technical requirements, cost and launch schedule.
? Work closely with suppliers and counter-parties for product
development, project management, cost reduction, production and delivery.
? Ensure the product can be launched on time meeting cost, quality and
delivery targets.
Requirements:
? University degree preferred but not necessary.
? At least 5 years relevant experience in smartphone/tablet accessories
industry, electronic product development and project management.
? Strong market requirement analysis ability.
? Proven professional skills in analytical, organization and project
management.
? Proven professional skills in supplier sourcing, development,
management and liaison.
? Ability to work multi-tasks under pressure.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin.
? Willing to travel.
? Immediate availability.
