职位描述：
任职要求：
1、有五年以上品牌手机质量管理经验， 能确保在手机制造各阶段，发现问题全面性，并确保问题得到有效分析与对策；
2、熟悉手机项目质量管理流程，识别与提出项目质量的重大问题以及风险，并预警；
3、熟悉整机和关键部件的测试标准，能有针对性的制定测试计划，能评估检验测试的全面性、有效性；
4、熟悉电子物料，有一定的供应商管理能力，能对关键物料的供应商进行管理；
5、熟悉品质管理工具如FMEA，8D等。具备一定品质技能，能快速，准确的处理客诉；
6、责任心强，沟通表达能力、组织协调能力强；
7、有一定的抗压能力。
岗位职责：
1、负责公司品质体系的建立与推行；
2、主导公司质量目标的制定、分解、实施和跟踪，以及对质量目标的监控、考核与奖惩，对公司质量目标的完成负责；
3、负责接受和处理质量问题的投诉，牵头组织质量问题的调查、处理、完善和改进；
4、负责产品全过程的质量问题收集、质量控制、质量监督、质量反馈、质量改进、质量问题关闭；
5、参与供应商及外协厂的质量体系和质量管控能力的现场评审；
6、负责外协生产厂商的现场质量督导和管控。 举报 分享
