Responsibilities:
? Master accurate S&OP analysis and interpretation to define clear actions to optimize inventory and forecast accuracy
? Drive Sales & Operations Planning process in our 7 different regions and 6 business units worldwide
? Develop, initiate and ensure continuous improvement within demand sensing Process with key customers
? Lead Sales & Operations planning dashboard execution, development and continuous improvement for our 7 regions and 6 business units worldwide
? Develop action plans with our 7 Regions to optimize Regional Inventory and Forecast Accuracy Metrics and Ensure Continuous Improvement Within the Inventory and Forecast Accuracy Metrics
? Support global operations of exclusive products for Global Customer across regions and business units
? Develop and ensure continuous improvement within Sales & Operations planning lifecycle management and SKU rationalization process
? Lead, develop and ensure continuous improvement within Material Master data across our 7 Regions
? Interact with regional Supply Chain teams and Business Units across the globe
? Work flexibly and willing to take additional and new assignments as per business needs
Qualification:
? 10+ Years of Experience in Supply Chain preferablly from consumer eletronics
? Solid Experience in ERP (SAP) within a supply chain, planning environment
? Strong communication skills
? Fluent English
? Knowledge of planning and ordering process within a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment
? Good knowledge in SAP, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
? Solid experience in Multinational company
? Open minded, great level of detail and displays critical thinking
? Leadership, Build environment of trust, high performance and engagement by establishing clear goals and a commitment to feedback, development and recognition
? Change orientation, Apply original thinking and continuous improvement to processes, products, systems or services and manage change to better serve customer needs
