职位描述：
Senior Import Specialist(高级船务专员)

Job Responsibility
？ Tracking and follow up on shipment.
？ Check shipping documentation for completeness, correctness and timeliness to facilitate effective shipment handling.
？ Follow the correct Shipping Notification to related parties
？ Identify the implications of different trade terms to different parties.
？ Follow up documentation with customers, forwarders, offshore offices.
？ Handle enquiries and resolve issues relating to Shipping Notification.
？ Inform and clarify shipping instructions and details with forwarders, factories and Business Group.
- Monitor shipment status
- Handle enquiries regarding, shipping arrangements, and customs issues.
？ Prepare shipment related reports
？ Monitor junior staff daily work
？ Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

？ Bachelor Degree
？ 2-5 years of International Import/Export shipping related management experience.
？ At least 2 years’ experience on team management
？ Must have the experience in USA market; familiar with related shipping documents and logistics terms.
？ Problem Solving - Able to solve Import issues, or, know the resources available to do so.
？ Fluent English communication skill and Good Organizational Skills.
？ Can understand Cantonese
？ Computer Skill - Excel, Word, Internet, Email, Uploading of Documents.
Will have practical excel test for pivot table and v look up
岗位职责：
？ 独立处理所有船务出口工作，船务相关文件制作及检查，安排出货（订舱，拖车安排等），清关及货物追踪等，确保货物准时到达指定客户处。
？ 检查船务相关文件，确保所有信息的完整及准确，以利顺利出货
？ 与相关部门及供应商有效配合，确保所有船务出运信息准确
？ 与客户，公司内各相关部门，船东，贷代等良好沟通确保船务文件的正确性及出货准时
？ 确保每一票货物及相关的文件、操作等对应相应出口条款要求，追踪货物出运情况，
？ 解决船务相关问题及各种报表制作
？ 检查及指导部门其它基层员工的工作
？ 上级交代的其它工作

岗位要求：
？ 大学本科学历
？ 2到5年船务进出口相关工作经验
？ 至少两年团队管理经理
？ 必须有美国市场经验，熟悉船务相关文件及条款（packing list, Invoice, SI, FOB,DDP,CIF,CY/CFS等）
？ 能独立解决出口相关事宜，利用有效资源确保货物顺利出口。
？ 良好的组织能力及英语沟通能力（听说读写）
？ 能听懂粤语
？ 熟练使用办公室软件，对excel v look up 及pivot table有实操测试。

？ 面试为全英
？ 面试会做船务知识笔试及excel实操，excel主要测试是否会用pivot table及v look up
？？ 要求候选人愿意学习，愿意加班，能听懂粤语
