职位描述：
Job Purpose：

The incumbent job holder in this role uses strategic thinking, analytical (detailed analysis of existing vendor relationship and business portfolio statistics) and communication skills to advise and support EB broking team in the following areas:
- Vendor relationship -- have a broad understanding of all products and services provided by each vendor that are suppliers of EB broking activities. Look for opportunities to make integrated vendor portfolio provided to EB clients, develop and nurture vendor relationships, and provide the broking team with ‘line of sight’ of the vendor’s key capabilities in meeting client’s needs
- Business leadership -- focus on financial results, assist in strategizing for revenue model and especially in new business opportunities with vendors, proactively look for new business opportunities with existing and future vendors.
- People leadership – Responsible for coaching/training initiatives related to strategic vendor issues and help to engage team members in assisting with vendor relationship and help promote a satisfying work experience (focused on healthy vendor relationship).

Education/Experience Requirement：

- Bachelor degree or above
- Above 8 years related work experience in insurance or brokerage companies
- BD and marketing experiences a plus
- Underwriting knowledge a plus

Skills Requirement:

- Independent vendor management
- With guidance from CBO and inputs from key EB market leaders, strong negotiation skills
- Possesses deep understanding of regulatory and legislative rules
- Uses EB dilivery models, tools and resources
- Understands broad market trends and recognizes these issues in the vendor situation
- Proficient MS office skills
