Job Description:
Business Development Managers are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory(prospects). BDM's work closely with their AE's in a business development capacity. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious, and self starters.

Responsibilities:

Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales Pipeline
Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Build and establish relationship with key decision makers to grow sales and market share
Evangelize JWI value and upsell IHS solution


Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
 
· Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality
· 3-5 years of business experience (software sales in Manufacturing and Engineering domain a plus).
· Strong focus to drive sales by up-sell within existing client base and acquire new customers within the assign region
· Proficient in managing/handling objections (sales)
· Strong desire to be in Technology Sales.
· Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills.
· High Energy and Positive Attitude
· Discipline and adaptive to work independently in home-office environment
· Experience selling into HK and South China market is required.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.
· Must be a team player and ability to work well with company ecosystem.
 
Travel Requirements
