职位描述：
Summary:

Advises, consults, negotiates and revises contracts, and carries out the legal processes necessary to affect the rights, privileges, and obligations of the organization
 
Qualifications:

Strong contract experience

Prepares, reviews and negotiates various commercial documents, such as sales and distribution contracts, leases, licenses, purchases, sales, real estate, etc.

Examines facts and legal data and assists in determining advisability of defending or prosecuting claims

Handles corporate matters, including commerce/AIC registrations, filings and other regulatory compliance matters

Advises on tax matters, government regulations, labor and/or legal rights.

Represents the company before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of the government.

Skills:

Master of Laws degree or above, with 3+ years of post-qualification legal work experience
Certificate of qualification to practice law in PRC

Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin and English

Travel Required:

Travel required to other business locations in Asia and to US headquarters. 举报 分享
