岗位职责：
1、负责员工入、离职、员工试用、转正、晋升、调动等各项手续的办理；
2、负责人事档案管理，及时更新员工信息；
3、负责员工劳动关系管理，包括员工劳动合同的签订、续订及员工住房公积金社保卡、居住证等事项的办理；
4、协助招聘负责人进行招聘；
5、负责各种人事数据分析及报表制作；
6、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源相关专业，英语四级以上， 1年以上相关工作经验，熟悉人事工作各项业务及办事流程；
2、了解国家及深圳地区相关人事政策及法律法规；
3、熟练使用Office办公软件,能够熟练进行报表制作及数据统计；
4、工作认真仔细，积极进取，有很好的学习态度；
5、有良好的沟通协调能力。
