工作职责Responsibility

制定年度车展，时间计划及预算
Planning annual autoshow event schedule and budget
A/B级车展的策划，招标，前期准备，第三方沟通,现场执行，效果总结评估及改进；
Planning and execution for A/B level autoshow, including event planning, agency pitch, pre-event preparation, third party communication, on-site execution, event report, evaluation and improvement.
地方车展的策划及招标，并与促销主管合作在区域实施。
Local autoshow planning and pitch, cooperated with promotion supervisor for dealer regional level execution.
通过不同的活动方式达成品牌形象提升及促进销售的目的，完成年度KPI；
Improve brand image and promote sales to achieve annual KPI through different type of event.
活动车辆及特殊车辆的申请及管理，包括车辆的进出口，上牌，运输及车辆状态检查；
Event car and special can application and management, including vehicle importation, number plate management transportation and vehicle status check.
对活动代理公司进行管理、工作质量及效率进行评估；
Supervise event agency, evaluate its working quality and efficiency
制订并管理年度车展预算，定期与财务沟通，对于活动预算进行管控；
Formulate and manage annual autoshow budget, work with brand team for common agreements on expenses, keep budget report.

- 任职资格Qualification
1.学历Education Background
大学本科毕业 Bachelor degree
2.工作经历 Working Experience
在车展活动管理领域2年以上经验，有市场部管理工作经验者优先
At least three years’ experience in autoshow management and exueciotn, worked in Marketing Dept. with management experience is preferred.
3.其他 Others
出色的英语口头与书面交流技能，出色的沟通技能
