Job Description

• Operations and Customer Service:

-To lead Shenzhen organization to provide daily quality service to customers in compliance with SOP.

-To select,train and grow a strong organization in Shenzhen.

-To build an operation support center ready to assist other offices in China.

-To establish Shenzhen as a pilot origin for new value added services and to be a leader in the market place.

• Sales and Marketing:

-To support and follow up ALL Sales /Marketing efforts.

-To initiate Sales/Marketing activities.

-To stay close to the market place and inform management of any business,sales or marketing opportunities.

-To know what the competition is doing and report back important activities to management.

• Shenzhen office Finance:

-To prepare Shenzhen office budget.

-To closely control cost and expense within budget.

-To maximize revenue opportunities.

-To responsible for Shenzhen office P/L result.

• General Management of Shenzhen office in compliance with company policy:

-Responsible for Shenzhen office finance activities.

-Responsible for Shenzhen office administrative service.

-Responsible for Shenzhen office HR activities.

-Looking after other miscellaneous matters or services to ensure Shenzhen office being operated orderly and effectively.

-To ensure that MCS operations in Shenzhen are compliant of all laws,rules and regulation set forth by China government.

Job Requirement

-Degree holder (preferably from an accredited University)

-At least 6 years experience with major consolidation company.

-At least 3 years experience in leading a team with at least 6 direct reports.

-Fluent in English and Putonghua-reading,written and spoken.

-Good presentation skills in terms of preparation as well as in delivery.

-Proven track record to lead and motivate a team.-Gook knowledge in Microsoft applications.( Word,Excel,PowerPoint)

-Able to Network extensively (yet cost effectively) throughout the logistics industry

-Able to travel for extended period of time-Open to re
