Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer complaint to ensure customer satisfaction; Prime for customer related issue, responsible for correctness of reports and effectiveness of internal corrective actions
• Customer Return Process (RMA) authorization for regional customers, and RMA final report assessment
• Coordinate customer on-site audit and visit, prime for internal preparation and after-audit CAR response in a timely manner
• Responsible for soliciting information required for customer questionnaire
• Periodic review with customer on key issues and progress; maintain the quality performance analysis for key customers
• Maintain site level RMA performance and release RMA monthly report / scorecard to management team

• Onsite confirmation/ screening activities for local customers.
• Provide basic training and act as buddy to level 1-2 CQE engineer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or above from an accredited college or university
• Three years or above related working experience
• ISO9000, TL9000: Certified internal auditor
• QC 7 tools, 8D, SPC, Gauge R&R, and Calibration: Familiar with advanced system, like 6-Sigma
• Product Reliability Knowledge: Knowledge of process and material on product reliability
• Material and RoHS: Product compliance to RoHS program
• Good communication with commercial team and external customers
• Able to carry out final assessment of RMA reports generated by product engineers

• Being able to relate cross functional impact and relationship of quality issues.

• Good communication and presentation skill both in Chinese and English
• CET-06 or above.
