职位描述：
本职位需要候选人有良好的供应商质量管理，质量统计和质量改进的能力。
熟悉杂货类产品如居家，厨房用品，浴室用品，收纳，摆设，玩具等

Responsibility:
* Develop quality program by product line and supplier; incorporating already established TG quality requirements
* Implement quality program with suppliers, develop vendor score card and make improvement plans for vendors to improve quality control system
* Make quality analysis and statistics and improve efficiency of supplier quality management
* Check samples from quality perspective and define key product specifications
* Improve supplier quality and efficiency performance through reporting of quality reports and continual communication with supplier; identification of root cause of quality problems and implementation of resolution
* Establish relationship with certified test facility to ensure uniform safety compliance testing at lowest cost

Qualification:
* More than 5 years of supplier development and quality experience with good English communication skill
* Capable of evaluating supplier performance for improvement
* Ability to learn and evaluate a wide variety of product quickly
* Bachelor degree of Engineering (mechanical or chemical is preferred)
* Good understanding and skill of SPC (statistical process control), problem solving, quality planning
* Result oriented and data driven
* Good communication and reporting skill
* Team player and willing to travel and work overtime
