Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for market development of Hazmat suits in China, targeting at fire departments and petro oil industries. The role involves building up strong relationships with fire departments, developing channels, giving trainings and seminars to fire industry, exploring and generating opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Qualification and Experience
? Engineering/Technology background. Additional qualification in safety and hazmat management will have preference.
? More than 5 years of sales & marketing experience in fire/safety industry.
? Extensive network in fire industry, deep knowledge of typical business model in fire industry.
? Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
KNOWLEDGE
Around 5 years of experience in developing new-business / and managing key - accounts in the arena of hazmat suits or trucks/equipment used in fire departments.
Extensive network in fire industry.
KEY COMPETENCIES
? Value selling and relationship management
? Channel development and business development
? Good training and presentation skills
? Influencing and networking in matrix organization with strong interpersonal skills
? Self-motivator with strong initiative and team player attributes
