Requirements:

? At least 3 years relevant experiences in off trade channels e.g, Supermarket, department store, CVS, wine shops etc.
? Sales/Distribution Sales/Corporate Sales or in foreign premium wine selling company would be an advantage
? Good command of French and English is preferred (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
? Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Word program
? Proactive thinking, attention to details & good follow up
? Positive attitude & able to work under pressure
? Good communication and customer service skills
? Requires traveling from time to time

Job Description:
Sales
? To be very familiarize with all company products and its categorized pricing structure prior to approach customers
? Capable to utilize company competitive advantage (collective resources and market positioning) in doing business in regional markets

? Follow up company policy and criteria in selection accounts to avoid bad debt issue

? Conduct regular sales visit for all the active accounts to maintain and develop further business partnership;
定期拜访客户以维护客情关系;
? Check daily sales report on back order;
每天查看日销售报告及缺货报告;
? To have sufficient understanding/observation and be very clear in targeted customers’ needs and their unique business environment when conducting business.
熟知客户的需求及市场环境;
? Observe market trend (i.e. Pricing, promotion & new products) and recommend appropriate actions ;
洞察市场趋势(如价格动向,促销活动及新产品)并提出建议;
? Responsible for inventory management & product display on all hypermarkets.

? Team up with sales executive to further improve the Hypermarket business which are handled by ASC and HJL
做好促销员的管理及培训工作
? Follow up on finalization of business contract for respective accounts as well as renewal for current accounts. 合同的制定与更新;

Marketing Development /市场开发
? To follow up on the Key Brand Strategy and make sure the right brand with the right price for the right channe
遵循主要品牌的策略以确保每个品牌的价格定位及渠道的正确性;
? To design, plan and implement effective promotion and activity.
制定并有效的实施相应的促销计划以提高销售;
? Participate in Visitor Schedule for the regions especially when promotional events or activities are scheduled.
做好酒庄来访的促销活动或市场调查;
? Collect and compile market intelligence and competitor activities of the regions and inform Supervisor accordingly 收集整理市场动态与竞争对手活动并及时汇报给上司;
? Be on full alert on market trend of imported wine market trend by closely followed up on local newspaper, magazine, internet and other media. 通过多种媒体的方式及时了解进口葡萄酒市场的趋势与动态;
? Conduct monthly competitor market survey on their new products, promotion and pricing tactics and to report to Director of Sales for proactive strategic planning 提交每月竞争对手报告,如新产品,促销活动,并相应的制定有计划性的促销活动;
? Collect competitors’ catalogues and promotional literature for internal reference
收集竞争对手的产品目录及促销宣传品;

Collection payment/收款
? To be very prudent when set up the credited limited and the terms for contract for our accounts, and should strictly identify the new accounts background when we will conduct the first deal with them.
在与新客户签合同时,应充分调查客户背景并非常谨慎的给予信用额度及付款期;
? To be responsible for month end payment collection for the assigned accounts and alert management when in doubt. 完成每月的收款任务并随时具有警惕意识;
