1、热咀，热流道系统、热半模的安装、调试、接线，维修，试模。
2、温控箱的调试，维修
3、解决客户在热流道系统应用过程中遇到的问题，并能指导、培训客户对热流道系统的基本操作；
4、能与客户进行有效的沟通，提供建议及技术支持；
5、提供准确有效的维修报告
6、负责装配，售后部门的人员管理，工作分配
7、工作地点：深圳

1、中专及以上学历，模具机电类专业优先，
2、做事认真负责，耐心细致，积极主动；
3、性格开朗，能吃苦耐劳，服从领导安排，适应出差；
4、五年以上工作经验

We also manufacture Temperature Controllers and Valve Gate Sequencers, as well as offering extensive Mold Flow Analysis services. We manufacture standard round, square, valve gated (hydraulic, pneumatic, & electric), hot halves, and fully customized hot runner systems. Plastic Engineering & Technical Services has been doing Mold Flow analyses for over 25 years and has a tremendous amount of experience with automotive parts. We are now Gold/Expert Certified in Mold Flow. Plastic Engineering has seven seats dedicated to running Mold Flows, along with doing shrinkage/warp, cooling, and valve gate sequencing analysis. The Plastic Engineering & Technical Services team performs over 500 Mold Filling Analysis per year.

Our typical lead times on hot runner systems range from four to eight weeks, depending on the needs of the tool shop, and the systems are priced accordingly. We have continually added equipment that will increase our efficiencies and that will enable Plastic Engineering to keep up with demands from our customers. We have also taken steps in our engineering department to shorten lead times by developing our own design software “Accelerate”, which works in conjunction with Solidworks.
