职位描述：
Job description:
1. Manage custormer fulfillment process
(1) Co-work with IT maintain SAP master data and price;
(2) Maintain and update contracts, and handle payment and invoice;
2. Service customer
(1) Reconiliation, traking shipment and payment;
(2) Assist sales & marketing manager to allocate the marketing material;
3. Analysis sales & marketing data
(1) Weekly & monthly report to HQ, weekly estimated to Swatch Group China;
(2) Marketing data collection, and quarterly sell out track to Swatch Group China;
4. Administration
(1) Communicate with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Logistic etc. department for support on routine retail operation;
(2) Manage and renew contracts with customers and vendors, PO/IPO/APO process and payment follow up with finance team.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and major in business administration is better;
2. 3 years working experience to be sales admin in retail industry;
3. Strong sense of service and good communication skill, mature personality;
4. Good at English, and microsoft as Excel/Word/PPT;
5. Managerment reporting/Finance exposure and retail exposure is a plus. 举报 分享
