职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
Your work would cover the three main areas of the production process:
· PLANNING– Preparing orders, setting quality standards organizing
          production schedules.
· CONTROL – Monitoring production processes and output and adjusting
           them if problems occur.
· SUPERVISION – Managing line-leaders and production staff (~20persons),
          and making sure targets are met.
· IMPROVEMENT– Constantly make improvements to the production
           process to improve quality and productivity.

Required Knowledges：
· knowledge of raw materials
· knowledge of quality systems and standards
· knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
· knowledge of process improvement techniques
· knowledge of business, finance and management principles
· knowledge of human resource principles and practices
· knowledge of machines and tools
· knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
· solid computer skills。

Key skills:
· Good project management skills.
· The ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels.
· Fluent in English, both oral and written.
· Good presentation skills.
· Experience of Japanese manufacturing system like Toyota Production System (TPS).
· Maths and IT skills.
