职位描述
为本地和区域的业务发展、项目合作提供支持和指导。拓展和维系公司在大中华区与其他机构的业务往来。
工作职责
1. 在PEO或其他机构举办的活动中寻找合作机会拓展业务,维系品牌形象。
2. 为公司的会员客户寻求可提供增值服务的双赢合作机构。
3. 联络合作机构,设计合作计划并展开谈判。
4. 与总经理协作,开发新的业务推广渠道。
5. 市场情报分析,与公司管理部门协同制定新的业务发展战略。
6. 维护与业务合作伙伴和现有客户的良好关系。
具体要求:
1.流利广东话者优先考虑;
2.大学本科以上学历;英语,市场营销,管理,经济学类专业
3.至少2年销售及市场推广经验,培训、商业服务、咨询、人力资源服务、公关或广告行业优先考虑;
4.优秀的书面和口头沟通能力,普通话和英语流利;
5.了解企业和行业发展趋势的综合知识,良好的市场意识;
6.负责任,守信,高效;
7.熟悉Word,Excel和PowerPoint等软件的操作
Business development manager
To provide local and regional business development, support and guidance in relation to the company project. This will involve developing and sustaining business links between the project and businesses in Greater China.
Job Responsibilities
1.Identify and research new business opportunities in events organized by PEO or other organizers.
2.Liaise with partner organizations and negotiate to ensure business plans correctly implemented.
3.In collaboration with the general manager, to develop new business channels.
4.Market intelligence analysis, to come up with new business development strategy for management's approval.
5.Maintain good relations with business partners and existing clients.
Requirements:
1. Cantonese speaking is not a must but great advantage;
2. University Graduate or above; ideally in English, Marketing, Management, Economics etc.
3. At least 2 years experiences in sales & marketing, preferably in training, accounting, consulting, HR service, PR or advertising industry;
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
5. Comprehensive knowledge of business and industry trends; Good market sense;
6. Responsible, trustworthy and efficient;
7. Computer Skills with high degree of proficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
