工作职责：
1、通过电话进行前期客户拓展和客户关系维护，推广公司相关业务；
2、根据客户具体需求，独立制作完成客户项目方案；
3、承担较强的销售任务压力，完成公司规定的业务；
4、与公司各部门沟通协调，保证方案项目的实施质量和服务效率。

具体要求：
1、大专或以上学历；
2、一至两年销售工作经验,有人力资源咨询服务行业工作经验者或有人力资源从业经历者优先考虑；
3、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，良好的口头和书面表达能力，有一定的英文基础；广东话流利者优先考虑；
4、有强烈的敬业精神和团队意识。

Location: Shenzhen Office, occasional travel to GZ & HK
This is a direct sales position that is responsible for promoting PEO HR Outsourcing services to prospective and existing customers. The key objective of this position is to generate new sales revenue for PEO China in accordance to the sales targets set by the management.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Contact existing and prospective customers to make appointments via telesales;
2. Identify customers' needs during sales meetings and recommend suitable HR Outsourcing service & publication to clients;
3. Maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing quality customer service;
4. Quote prices and credit terms and prepare proposals;
5. Stay current with regulatory development, market trends and special events that may help sell PEO services.
Requirements:
1. College Graduate or above; ideally in Marketing, Economics, Human Resource Management etc. ;
2. 1 or 2 year investigable experience in telesales & marketing, preferably in training, consulting, HR service, or PR industry; HR related experience will be a plus;
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English, Cantonese speaking is not a must but great advantage;
4. Comprehensive knowledge of business and industry trends; Good market sense;
5. Responsible, trustworthy and efficient;
6. Computer Skills with high degree of proficiency in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
