minimum 3 years work experience
- need experience of manual assembly processes.
- need to have experience in designing assembly fixtures in plastic, aluminum, steel
- need to have basic understanding of Lean manufacturing/ Toyota production system principles.
- need to have experience writing SOP instructions.
- need to have experience writing QC instructions.
- need to write good English.
- need to speak average English.
- need to have an open mind. Willing to try new ideas.
- need to be able to research information by yourself that is needed to accomplish a task.
