职位描述：
主要职责/Major Responsibilities :
?供应&计划管理planning & supply management：
1.制定售后备件的年度及月度采购、库存、满足率、周转率等预测和计划并制作行动计划达到。Draw up the yearly and monthly purchasing , inventory, KPI forecast and achieve them.
2.根据积累BO、历史销量、季节性备件、PPM等数据不断优化供应与计划业务模型、流程、系统。According to the history of Bo, history of sales, seasonal spare parts,
PPM data etc. optimize the planning & supply model，process，IT system.
3.带领团队负责对240家国产供应商、PSA进口件、338种工厂自制件的管理，包括对供应商下单、跟踪、协调、考核并逐步改善。Take lead team to supervise the 240 local supplier & import & export business & 338 reference of in house parts, including the supplier assessment,orders, tracking, coordination, claims, payment
4.负责新车型上市配件管理，包括跟踪和管理备件工程释放、备件包装设计、备件采购合同、备件计划采购、备件定价、备件物流、备件经销商铺货 Responsible for new vehicle parts program management, including coordination for spare parts releasing, packaging design, supplier contract, ordering, pricing, logistics, dealer initial order.
5.负责50-70家国产供应商的下单、跟踪、协调及相关库存周转。Directly ordering to 50-70 supplier and tracking, coordination and inventory control.
6.负责团队包括自己的周度、月度、季度、年度考核。 Responsible for team including yourself management and weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual assessment.
7.其他周月报汇报及领导安排的工作。Weekly monthly report and arrangement from leader
?经销商订单管理Ordering & dealer management：
1.带领团队负责对全国100家DS 4S店进行配件订单、配件退货、配件索赔等日常工作的管理Take lead the ordering team for the management of the 100 DS dealer daily work , such as parts orders, parts return, claims and so on.
2.根据积累的历史订单及物流费用数据，对绿色订单、紧急订单、常规订单三种进行业务规划，并采购有效措施不断优化。According to the accumulated historical order and logistics cost data, make the optimization plan for green order, urgent order and regular order, and take action to continuously improve.
3.经销商支持工作包括关于备件的客诉处理，区域团队预警事件支持，经销商培训及其他经销商需要协助的事宜。Dealer support work including customer complaint about spare parts, regional team early warning issue support, dealer training and other dealers assistance.
4.负责对全国100家DS 4S店备件运营情况季度考核。Responsible for 100 dealer quarterly and annual assessment for spare parts operation.
5.负责订单团队的月度、季度、年度考核 Responsible for ordering team monthly, quarterly and annual assessment
任职条件/Qualifications:
? 学历：本科或以上Education : University or equivalent
? 英语流利Fluent in English
