工作职责Responsibility

a. After-sales commercial plan--售后服务及备件市场营销计划

- Set the annual plan and strategy of after-sales service and marketing

制定售后服务及备件市场年度计划及策略

- Work on the annual spare parts and accessory sales target, and release the dealers’ annual purchase target

制定年度售后备件及附件销量目标,并下发经销商的年度采购任务

- Set up the annual dealer evaluation commercial policy, and keep following up;

制定经销商备件年度商务政策,并跟踪考核执行情况

- Set up the commercial KPI analysis model (ex: sales turnover, car park volume, loss rate, maintenance loss rate, out of warranty volume, special customer analysis);

建立售后主要KPI分析模型(包括备附件销量、整车保有量、流失率、保养流失率、脱保客户、远程客户管理等);

b. After-sales commercial strategy售后市场营销策略

- Set up the after-sales marketing plan per the new products根据季节特性和产品特性制定售后服务营销计划

- Work on the profitability analysis of the promotion planning市场活动盈利性分析

- Follow up the plan and the conclusion市场活动执行情况及主要KPI指标跟踪

c. After-sales spare parts pricing售后备件定价

- Set up the pricing model for the spare parts, before a new vehicle launched制定售后备件定价体系,新车型上市前完成新车备件定价

- Market survey for price, and adjust the unreasonable prices if necessary根据市场反馈,及售后备件价格调研结果,进行价格调整

- Daily price update management

日常定价维护

d. After-sales accessory marketing strategy售后附件市场营销计划

- Work on the plan for the accessory products DS售后附件产品计划准备

- Work on the price system for the accessory DS售后附件价格制定

- Work on the promotion strategy and profitability analysis DS 售后附件促销策略及盈利性分析

- Set up the accessory evaluation for the dealers制定经销商附件采购考核

e. Service Contract Management 服务合同管理

- Service Contract strategy planning 服务合同策略规划

- Service Contract Commercial Policy 服务合同商务政策

- Service contract Sales tracking 服务合同销售跟踪

- Service contract marketing planning & operation 服务合同业务市场计划及执行

3.绩效标准与关键绩效指标 Performance Standard & Key Performance Indicator

年度售后备件销售额 spare parts turnover target

年度售后附件销售额 accessory turnover target

年度服务合同渗透率 service contract penetration

完成促销活动备附件销量目标 service promotion activity target

- 任职资格Qualification

1.学历Education Background

本科或以上Education : University or equivalent

2.专业技能Professional Skills

英语流利Fluent in English for read and oral

非常精通各种办公软件特别是PPT和EXCEL。Particularly skilled in PPT & EXCEL

3.工作经历 Working Experience

具备2年及以上的团队管理经验Team management experience more than 2 years

具备售后服务及零备件相关经验after sales business experience
