工作地点- 潮阳区 (汕头市) Working location in Chaoyang (Shantou).
1. 十年至十五年工厂质量管理经验 10 to 15 years in management experience for quality in a factory.
2. 有小型电池电子产品, 消费产品及电子产品经验Experience in small electrical battery, consumer products and electronic products.
3. 有质量管理体系的知识, 如ISO13485, ISO 9000 等 With knowledge of Quality System such as ISO13485, ISO 9000 etc.
4. 熟悉国际安全法规, 如ASTM, EN-71, Rohs, Reach, UL, FDA 等 Familiar with International Safety Regulations such as ASTM, EN-71, Rohs, Reach, UL, FDA etc.
5. 除熟练英语阅读和写作能力外, 兼备流利英语、粤语和普通话沟通能力. 与海外客户各级别层面直接沟通不可缺少. Apart from being fluent in English reading & writing, communicate proficiently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, as direct communication with foreign overseas customers at all levels is essential.
负责工作Responsible for:
1. 管理质量保证工程师的团队Managing a team of Quality Assurance Engineers.
2. 监督及更新QA/QC程序及工作流程 Overseeing and updating QA/QC procedures and work flow.
3. 确保产品质量满足客户要求Ensure product quality can and will meet customer specifications.
4. 监控及提高供货商的质量体系Monitor, qualify and improve suppliers’ quality system.
5. 建立和维护质量检验程序，确保各部门遵循QA/QC 程序Establish & maintain quality procedures, ensure all departments follow QA/QC procedures.
6. 为所有员工的素质培训Quality training to all factory employees.
7. 提出质量问题, 与工程部合作识别问题根本原因和制定纠正措施Raise up quality issues, work with engineering department for root cause identification and corrective actions.
8. 为公司设置统一质量的标准Set unify quality standards for the company.
9. 确保所有质量文件妥善存盘、发放并保存以供参考Ensure all quality documents are recorded, issued and properly kept for reference.
