职责：
Job description：
1. PHYTEC标准产品及扩展模块的本土化设计。
Localized design of PHYTEC standard products and expansion modules
2.客制化项目的评估，方案制定，开发。
Customized projects assessment, proposal making and implementation, in hardware aspect.
3.售前及售后技术支持，包括原理图评审，参考方案制定，快速原型塔建，客户硬件问题咨询等
Pre-sale and post-sale technical support, including schematics review, reference design proposal, quick prototype development, customer hardware issue resolution, etc.
4.代工厂质量管控及支持，质量问题处理
Quality control of & technical support for Contract manufacturer, RMA handling
5.其它与硬件相关的开发，支持业务
Other hardware-related development and support functions.

要求：
Requirements:
1.电子相关专业，本科及以上学历，1～2年工作经验，有基于ARM 32位处理硬件开发经验更佳。
Bachelor degree or above in Electronic or related, 1-2 years of work experience
Experience in ARM 32 bit processor-based hardware development is preferred
2.熟悉电子电路开发，熟悉ARM 32位处理器通用外设接口电路，涉及usb，以太网，can，无线，工业I/O中的一项或多项，熟悉供电电路设计。有工业类电子设计经历，EMC测试、优化经验者更佳
Familiarity with electronics development
Familiarity with one or more peripheral interface designs for ARM32 bit processor, such as USB, Ethernet, wireless and industrial I/O, and power supply design.
Experience in industrial electronics design, EMC test, and EMC optimization is a plus.
3.对元器件选型及代工合作方式有一定了解
Have knowledge of component selection and contract manufacturing business mode
4.可根据要求对板级产品做原型机调试测试，测试夹具制作，原型机调试测试
Be able to, under guidance, to do board bring-up, prototype debug and test fixture design
5.了解EMC规范，具有基本的与layout对接沟通能力
Understand the EMC specification, has basic knowledge of layout or skill to interfacing with layout engineer in Germany.
6.具有较好的电子电路知识，可在资深工程师协助下定位并解决硬件问题
Good knowledge of electronic circuits, be able to solve hardware problem with assistance of the senior engineers
7.具有较好的中英文沟通，协调能力，由于需要出差国外，英文能力为必须，懂德语更佳。
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, English is mandatory due to the needs of international travelling. Knowledge in German is a plus.
8.积极主动，有较好的全局观并可快速学习各方面知识。
Quick learner, self-motivated and active
9.熟悉主流EDA，有mentor graphic dxdesigner及expedition PCB使用经验更佳。
Familiarity with mainstream EDA tools.
Experience in mentor graphics dxdesigner and expedition PCB is preferred
