职位描述：
职位要求：
1、熟悉外贸流程以及外贸单证，良好的英文基础，英语CET4以上；
2、大专学历以上，国际贸易或英语等相关专业；
3、熟练操作电脑，熟悉阿里巴巴、敦煌、亚马逊等平台操作者优先；
4、能独立处理和解决所负责的任务，责任心强。

职位描述：
1、负责跟进客户的询盘，及时处理及回复客户的订单需求及问题；
2、负责外贸平台的管理及跟踪客户产品使用情况，维护客户关系，妥善保管客户的资料和样品，有条理的归档；
3、要求有亲和力，良好的沟通、解决问题能力及商务谈判能力；
4、利用公司提供的外贸平台，开发、维护新老客户。
