1.Responsible for administrative contact between Company and suppliers in a purchasing team,
负责公司及其供应商之间的主要行政联系工作
2.Resonsible for sales contract and officeial letter preparation and translate.
负责公司销售合同的准备、公函的发送及翻译工作.
3.Ensure company orders are properly administered and sales system management；
确保所有销售订单及系统的正常管理.
4.Support company products timely delivery.
 支持成品的及时交付
5. Responsible for company yearly exhibition arrangement and communication
负责公司每年的展会布置及协调工作
6. Company official Wechart information and advertisement update and management
公司官方微信公众平台及宣传广告信息的更新及管理
 
职位要求(Job Requirement)：

1.Sales and marketing assistant support work experience is needed.
具备市场销售助理工作经验。
2.Knowledge of the whole supply chain;
了解整个供应链。
3.Understanding production-/delivery planning processes.
理解生产/交货计划流程。
4.Initiative to find new solutions & to optimize the existing ones;
主动寻找新的解决方案和优化方案。
5.Create & Support a good working relationship;
能创建和支持一个良好的工作关系。
6..Possessing administrative skills & be able to handle multiple tasks;
具有管理能力和能够处理多个任务
7.Good English and PC skills;
 英文流利和电脑技能
8.Priority if have exhibition experience
