KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Customer support by offering product- and technical solutions
- Provide technical support to commercial team through application oriented offerings
- Follow product complains and find solutions
- Drive product developments and/or product modification according the local market requirements locally
- Take care of our laboratory standards and internal regulations
- Technical follow up of job related samples
- Support customers by application test´s
- Travel within China and to other locations on demand
- Responsible for strategic market development’s in SEI MS 313; such as electronics, auto-electronics
LED-Applications, from technical point of view, including benchmark, technology transfer, qualifiying of necessary standards for our product solutions


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION：

- Major in engineering combined with a good chemical background
- Experience and/or familiar in electronic industry
- Experience in formulation of Silicone Rubbers
- Capability to drive projects in customer and laboratory
- Good Silicone Rubber knowledge (RTV-2, RTV-1,)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Capability to build up knowledge and experience in different industries and applications
- Ingenious, professional integrity and good business acumen
