Responsibilities:
岗位职责:

-To assist in the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of a broad range of activities in the Admin function including but not limited to fixed assets, office management, sourcing etc.
-负责公司行政管理,包括办公室行政, 固定资产, 物业, 环境, 安全, 员工活动等管理
-Monthly and annual budget for administration
-制定公司月度和年度行政费用预算
-Tracking, analyzing and controlling facility operating costs( within the budget)
-跟踪,分析和控制公司运营成本,使之符合预算要求
-Administration standards/policies and procedures
-协助制定、实施和完善各类行政制度和流程
-Manage office facilities and office equipment to be compliance with internal and external standards to ensure smooth business activities
-负责公司办公设施和设备的管理,并使之符合公司内部和国家管理规范,以保证公司业务活动的顺利进行
-Supervision of the company canteen service, security service and cleaning services
-负责公司食堂、安全和卫生管理
-The billing and collection process for all service lines to meet appropriate performance levels.
-公司所有行政费用的开支,结算和汇总
-Office calendar management and announcement
-公司放假管理及公告
-Manage reception service including call service, mails delivery, meeting service, express shipping and visitor logistics arrangement
-监管前台的各项工作,包括电话接听、业务接待、会务安排、邮件接受和快递发送等
-Shuttle bus management
-公司班车管理
-Responsible for handling various types of licenses, audit, and yearly check
-负责公司各类证照办理、审核与工商年检
-Negotiation and administration of purchasing contracts on hotel courier, air-ticket reservation and related vender management etc
-酒店、机票预订及其他各类供应商的管理
-Liaisons with government authorities and printing association etc.
-负责与政府及相关部门,印刷协会等日常的沟通
-Company activities planning and organization
-负责组织和实施各类员工活动
-Business visa management
-协助进行各类商务签证办理
Requirements:
职位要求:
 
-Associate education and above
-大专及以上学历
-At least 2+ years’ experience in administration management in a foreign company
-至少2年以上外企行政管理经验
-Initiative, reliable and team work player
-工作积极,主动和团队合作精神
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-良好的人际关系与沟通技巧
-Well planning and organizing skill
-优秀的计划与组织能力
-Effective time management – able to meet set deadlines
-有效的时间管理 - 能够满足设定的最后期限
-Have sense of responsibility
-有责任心
