职位描述：
1、中专及高中以上文凭；
2、三年以上文职工作经验；
3、形象良好、普通话标准、懂相关接待礼仪；
4、负责电话接听、客人来访迎送等招待工作，负责办公区域的环境维护；
5、行政人事类相关工作；
6、完成上级交付的其他事务性的工作;
7、性格开朗，服务意识强，适应能力强；
8、熟练使用office办公软件.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Provide the excellent administrative service to employees and customers.
Control and reduce the administration cost.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage canteen, dormitory, transportation, house keeping and office equipment.
Provide hygiene food with good taste to employees.
Manage company dormitories/guest room.
Lead the drives to provide good transportation to employees and customers
Keep the house keeping of the factory in high level
Manage the copy room, reception hall.
Responsible for the hotel/tickets booking.
Mange and renew all leases regarding office building, dormitory, canteen, and other subcontractors
Assist to organize team building activities, for example: annual dinner and some sports match
Design other necessary admin. Regulations
Issue and distribute the memo regarding Admin. affairs.
Finish other tasks assigned by superior

Experience or skills required
3 years admin. working experience, worked in multinational company will be preferred
Excellent communication skill and good service attitude
Good command of written and spoken English
Capable of the MS office, especial Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Speaking Cantonese is plus
