MSEE or BSEE degree and minimum 5 years of product or marketing experience in semiconductor / manufacturer or anequivalent combination of experience.Over 7 years work experience and be familiar with Windows,Android,Microsoft Office,Lotus Notes and MS Project system.
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assigned product line and business growth within Power Interface & Audio Business Unit (PIA BU). This role has worldwide responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role requires a talented and flexible individual with strong communication skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities, and who is capable of bridging customer business requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities.
Will develop product roadmap, and strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing assessment, customer engagement, and business planning.
Will define new product features and functionality in partnership with Engineering. Participates and acts as the customer's primary advocate on cross-functional development teams. Provides customer use-case examples to engineering and is the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirements and R&D.
Drive and develop materials for multiple product launches including press releases, product collateral, customer presentations, and sales training materials. Develops and drives competitive marketing campaigns to ensure market share and profitability. Collaborates cross-functionally on competitive selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.
