Job Title: Customer Service Engineer- ProCast
Dept: PROCAST
Reports to: Procast Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Effectively execute the customer service function and associated activities to support the ProCast business. Manage foundry quotation and develop Proposal for inter co inquiries, customer inquiries, salesman inquiries, Work with engineering system to track on going orders and support associated documentation. Engineering support foundry production, machining operations. Maintain ERP system with input of documentation and data into systems to support Finance Manager publish Procast china business.

SCOPE AND MAGNITUDE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Describe scope and magnitude in specific terms of project size, budgets, sales volume, operational impact, and personnel. Div. State formal education level, work experience, & specialization required. State additional professional, technical, skills or knowledge required.
To support the growth and expansion of Procast APAC business model globally to meet fast delivery /High quality / low cost goals.
Additionally supports the Global Aftermarket business for Upgrades and Revamps, ProShop Pump Repairs on pump castings.







Education: B.S. Engineering or Industrial Technology or equivalent experience
Experience:
? 5-10 years’ experience with pump parts development and manufacture.
? Ability to read drawings and technology clarification to customers and vendors.
? Knowledge of different types of steel materials, NDE, casting treatment.
? Quotation process with order acknowledgement & proper tracking and documentation.
? Key user experience of ERP/SAP/ORACLE system.
? Strong verbal skills dealing with customers and support business.
? Excellent PC skills; proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, and Access)
? Knowledge of casting process and professional communication ability with foundry
? Good English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong Self-management and Working under pressure.
? Detail oriented
? Team Player
