The job incumbent is to provide support to the credit manager (located in Singapore) to manage all the credit and collection matters for Shenzhen and HK customers, so as to protect the company assets (debts) and to ensure as far as possible to have a zero bad debt situation.

-To be accountable and responsible for the accounts receivables for HK/Shenzhen region and ensure that the customers follow and respect the payment term offered to them and to pay promptly.

-Discuss, review and find solution with sales and the customers. Capable of working with all levels from different departments (sales, logistics, business controls , quality etc) to resolve invoice discrepancies and/or disputes with ctm as soon as possible once notified.

-Credit management in day to day operation in the area of credit hold management , creating of new ctm and/or revision of credit facility for 3rd party ctms

-Posting of Receipts of the customers in HK/Shenzhen region.

-To provide timely cash flow forecast of HK/Shenzhen customers to Credit Manager for consolidation

-To provide timely the past due report of HK/Shenzhen customers to Credit Manager for consolidation and action plans to collect/resolve the past due.

-To ensure full compliance of SOX controls sect 404 sales & revenue cycle

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent.

- More than 5 years of experience in credit& collection.

- Be familiar with SAP& Microsoft excel.

- Good communication & negotiation skills.

- Good problem solving skill, have the initiative to provide suggestions to improve processes.

- Able to travel when required

- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
