3. Administration monitoring and assistances for branches of DSV / China
DSV中国各分公司业务的行政支持
4. Administration policy & procedures control
行政制度及流程的管理
5. Assist to train the ADM team and monitor the process of ADM jobs
行政梯队培训，监督并确保相关行政工作的正常开展与执行

任职条件：
1. Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint ,etc. strong service mindset
熟练运用MS Office软件，包括Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
2. Bachelor degree of accounting/finance or above
财务专业本科毕业
3. At least 5 years working experiences in foreign forwarding company
5年以上外资物流企业工作经验
4. Careful, serious, result-oriented ,open minded, passionate and willing to provide assistant, interested in details
