Directly reporting to Metal Department Manager.

Manage CNC metal products at suppliers  from process design to finally product - NPI (New Product Introduction).

1)       Learning drawings and close DFM with customer;

2)       Design QC standard and process;

3)       IPQC in manufactory;

4)      Solve production problem or design problem

4)       follow production progress to reach D.D.

The Successful Applicant:

1) .Relevant engineering academic background.

2) Must specializes and has at least 3 years of experience in CNC high precision metal processing.

3) Familiar with many types of metal and understands their mechanical properties and processing methods.

4) Familiar with coating methods ( anodize, power painting, plating etc) and coating standards.

5) Oral English can be very basic but writing and reading should be sufficient enough to write and read documents in English (must be familiar with the technical professional terms).

5.1）Can talk with customer in English.

5.2)  must be able to read and write emails in English.

5.3）Must be able to read mechanical drawings in English.

6)  Good on communication and project management.

3) Working Monday thru Friday (Sometime requite to work on Saturday. Must check emails during weekends)

4) Employment terms: Up to 6 months trial period and then long term contract. The salary is global.
