职位描述：

1)Arrange accommodation and transportation for co-workers and visitors. Ensure travel booking with the authorized approval in a cost effective way.

2)Book domestic flights and coordinate with Dallas travel team to book international flights for co-workers.

3)Negotiate all hotel contracts and reserve hotel arrangements.

4)Work with agents to settle all Asia employees’ visas.

5)Coordinate to manage office administrative operation under good manner, which includes but not limited office security, environment hygiene, stationary & consumables readiness, communication with the building management office.

6)Provide general administrative services to the office which includes but not limited maintain & purchasing office supplies, manage store room, make business name cards.

7)Support and coordinate events planned by Headquarter.

8)Support and coordinate employee activities and events such as company dinner, holiday party, birthday party, sports activity and team building.

9) Manage QC dormitory issues such as contracts, rent payment applications, expense record;

10)Check monthly statement record of domestic express and apply for the payment.
