Job descriptions:

• regular monitoring of workloads and reallocation as required including monitoring of key performance indicators and/or related reporting requirements.
• to complete all Potential and performance review processes for team members allocated in system on time and with high quality and ensure that disciplinary and poor performance issues are dealt with quickly and correctly.
• to assist with recruitment interviews if required and ensure team members are properly inducted (new) and trained (new + existing).
• delivering the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.
• accepting export bookings, all system entry requirements including all financial administration tasks in particular correct and timely profit share with overseas.
• liaising with all parties (shared service centre, documentation, vendors, customs brokers, contractors, other offices) to ensure loading and export clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• ensuring correct data quality within internal systems at all times.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above, outstanding candidate with weak education background is considerable.
• 2-5 years working experience in seafreight operations and customer service, including 2 years solid management experience.
• Good knowledge in export procedure and freight forwarding.
• Excellent customer oriented with strong complaint resolution skills.
• Good command on both written and spoken English.
• Analytical skills with advance excel skills.
