岗位职责：
? Work in an analytics team in data mining, analyzing data and providing recommendations to senior management of a retail group that operates in Asia
与分析团队一起，专注于数据挖掘和分析，同时能够向亚洲地区的资深零售管理层提供合理的数据支撑和建议

? Opportunity to gain an in depth understanding of how the Group operates and to provide data driven recommendations that impacts the top and bottom lines
深入了解集团业务的运作并且能够出具可以影响集团上下的以数据为基础的报告

? Able to handle data extraction, transform it into a form usable for analysis and insights for stakeholders
善于数据抓取，并整理成对股东有价值的数据分析报告

? Analysis covers explorative analytics, process based improvements and optimization, recommendations for revenue and profit maximization,
分析包括且不仅限于探索多种数据分析方法，业务提升和优化的方法分析，以及收入和利润最大化的建议

? Projects require close collaboration with stakeholders/ Follow through with implementation of changes post decision making
所负责项目必须与股东紧密合作/坚决执行最新有效的决策

? Acts as an intermediary between business users and IT to develop tools to bring the company to the next level
能够作为企业用户和IT部门之间的桥梁去推进辅助工具的开发，推动集团业务更上一层楼


任职要求：
? 5-6 years of experience as Analyst and a background in banking or consulting is preferred
五到六年的数据分析经验，有银行或咨询公司背景优先

? Ability to program in SQL and VBA, familiarity with R and Python is a bonus
能够使用SQL和VBA编写程序，熟悉R语言和Python语言者优先

? Major in information Systems, Operations, Business Management, Data Analytics preferred
信息系统、企业管理和数据分析专业优先

? Ability to understand processes and be logical about the thought process
善于思考，逻辑思维能力强

? Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
