Our foreign managed company, with international staff, is direct supplier to top USA retail stores. Our product line includes storage baskets, small furniture, and handicrafts made of natural and man-made materials. We are searching for an experienced Office Supervisor/Manager who will supports the Director of China Operations and the Chief Representative in the administration of general support services.
Purpose:
Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities and work activities as follows:
1. Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
2. Coordinate payroll and employee benefits programs
3. Administer petty cash and expense reimburse
4. Create and administer budgets
5. Assist in HR sourcing activities
6. Organize orientation and training of new staff members
7. Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
8. Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
9. Design, implement, and maintain filing systems
10. Design, implement, and oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
11. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and acquisitions
12. Maintain a safe, secure, clean, organized and efficient working environment
13. Coordinate and manage HR agent, Accounting Agent, Bank and other service providers of company.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
1. Bachelor degree with business or communications backgrounds preferred
2. 5+ years in an Office Manager/Supervisor role.
3. Sufficient experience and skill of negotiation on labor disputes.
4. Excellent general office skills, including all Microsoft office applications
5. Strong planning, organizational, time management, and communication skills
6. Requires attention to detail, proactive approach, and responsible personality
7. Proven experience in working in a team environment and seen as a strong team player
8. Knowledge of clerical, HR, and office management practices and procedures
9. High sense of confidential for company secret and sensitive information.
10. Basic English reading and writing preferred
