This is a temp position with 8 months contract Period.
Responsibilities:
? Provide full spectrum of HR generalist services for Shenzhen and Shanghai Trading managers and employees.
? Assist in implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, training & development, etc. to ensure alignment with industry practices and regulation requirement.
? Hands-on in staff recruitment and orientations.
? Working with the Compensation & Benefits Officer, Asia to ensure monthly payroll processing and social insurance contributions are accurate and timely.
? Ensure the global HRMS(Workday System) is accurate and up-to-date.
? Oversee the office administrative function to support the daily operations of the Shenzhen office.
? Handle ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
? Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related areas
? 3-5 years of solid relevant HR or/and administration experience
? Good understanding in China Labour Law and related legislations.
? Good organization, project management skills and attention to details.
? Strong communications skills with the ability to influence external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
? Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.
