职位描述：
一、工作内容：
1.负责公司CRM团队的管理工作；
2.负责公司Microsoft Dynamics CRM 项目需求分析，提供合理解决方案，撰写全面的开发设计及实现文档，并程序开发实现客户需求；
3.负责公司的下属分公司CRM项目规划与实施工作；
4.负责公司CRM项目的技术运维工作；

二、任职资格：
1. 计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，3年以上Microsoft Dynamics CRM项目开发经验，亲自主导或参与至少2-3个Microsoft Dynamics CRM项目，负责或参与过系统设计或主要功能开发工作；
2. 熟悉.net开发技术，熟悉SQL SERVER，对Microsoft Dynamics CRM 系统有较深入的理解；
3. 具备较强的系统规划能力与团队管理能力，能够指导和带领开发团队完成项目的开发工作；
4. 具备较强的责任心和使命感，较强的的沟通和团队协作能力； 举报 分享
