职位描述：
Main accountabilities：
1.进行客户订单物料评审，根据主生产计划，核查相应产品库存量及原材料状况。
Audit all the material for new customer's orders; check the stock of relative products and materials according MPS.

2.制订物料采购计划表。
Prepare material purchasing requisition list.

3.下达生产任务单及投料单，控制生产物料报废率。
Release Manufacturing Orders and Material picking List; control the scrap of production material and components.　

4.协调与IQC、仓库、采购、生产等部门的关系，保障物料供应能满足生产需求，及时处理物料问题Coordinate with IQC, Warehouse, Purchasing and Production department ensure the supply of material and component can meet the requirement of production, handle with material problems timely.

5.每日跟进物料供应状况，监督并保证生产能按照计划进行，及时处理有异常情并况影响到生产计划完成的问题并及时汇报。
Daily follow up material supply status, monitor and ensure production can meet the schedule. deal with all the issue in any abnormal situation which affects the production schedule, then report to superiors.

6.跟踪每个订单的完成情况，协助船务出货。　　　　　　　　
Follow the status for every customer's order, assist Shipping for delivery.

7.根据生产状况严格控制库存。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
Control the inventory tightly according production status.

8.ERP系统的物料消耗等日常数据维护。　　　　　　　　　　
Maintain ERP system daily data for material consumption


Requirements:
1.More than two years management experience in foreign enterprise.
两年以上外资企业物料管理经验。

2.Can speak and write in English; skillful at computer operation. Familiarize ERP system(especially in operating K3 or SAP).
英文良好,电脑操作熟练,熟练掌握ERP系统（有K3 或SAP 操作经验为佳）。

3. College graduate or above, major in production management, mechanical engineering, electronic control etc.
大专以上学历，生产管理专业，机械工程专业，电子控制专业等。 举报 分享

Zobele Instrument (Shenzhen) co., ltd　(“ZIS”　afterwards) subordinated to Zobele group in Italy ,which is located in HongTian ShangNan East Road, Huangpu Community, Xinqiao Street, Bao'an　District, Shenzhen.
