职位描述：
Purpose of Position:
SQA Engineer follows up NPE, gets involved escalation of customer claims, assists internal audit and customer audit, and conducts CIP in supplier site. To ensure satisfactory quality performance from supplier according to defined sCML and customer specifications for all sCML orders.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and follow-up sample production during NPE process on-site in factories; measure performance, conduct quality control through sorting and provide feedback to NPE responsible
2. Preparation, participation and follow-up of customer audit at factories
3. Conduct and follow-up of internal audits (Process, product, System, each once per year)
4. Conduct new supplier and subcontractor qualification audits and follow-up
5. Provide QA-related trainings and onsite support to suppliers
6. Conduct programs to improve supplier performance, e.g. ‘Fit for Automotive’ project
7. Claim escalations:
?Work together with supplier to find root cause and follow up corrective action.
?Line audit to verify all actions.
8. Monitor and control implementation of supplier commitments to sCML and customer requests
9. Coordination among SQA, TED and ENG, CQA, and other related departments.

Job Requirements:

2. Superior analytical and problem solving skills to assess and manage complex situations
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels
4. Good counseling skills and the ability to influence business partners in critical situations to obtain consensus
5. Strong organizing and prioritizing, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
6. Excellent command in spoken and written EnglishandMandarin
B. Education & Work Experience:
1. University degree in Technical- or Quality Management
2. Minimum 6 years of work experience in Quality Assurance of PCB production 举报 分享
