GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The eCommerce Specialist is a member of Belkin's global eCommerce team. The individual is located in his or her assigned market, partners closely with the local eCommerce sales lead, regional sales, and regional marketing teams to achieve share gain goals in the eCommerce channel. As a member of the global eCommerce team, this individual is a key contributor to the definition and execution of our global eCommerce strategy while overseeing the brand’s eCommerce and digital presence in China.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Manage digital ad campaigns with a focus on near-term ROI, traffic, and search ranking improvements for target keywords. Campaigns consist of keyword, display, and social media advertising across platforms and service providers such as JD, Alibaba, and Baidu. Likely to involve managing external agencies and vendors.
? Partner closely with finance team on regular analysis of non-financial and financial performance measures such as campaign ROI, traffic, customer value, and conversion rates. Adapt campaigns and other efforts in response to those results with an agile, experimental, and performance-based approach.
? Oversee consumer review incentive programs. Collaborate with Customer Advocacy on global standardized approach to responding to and directly engaging with consumers via social media, online reviews, and other digital forums that influence consumer sales.
? Localize and optimize product detail page content for target eCommerce platforms and markets. Focus is on optimizing copy, keywords, and page design in order to maximize conversion rate, based on unique dynamics of the assigned e-commerce platforms.
? Partner closely with global brand marketing team on defining brand content needs upfront in design and brief process. Ensure that final product aligns with global brand standards.
? Lead eCommerce product launches - focus on aligning all key components of organizational effort for successful online launches, including product content, promotion plans, KOL seeding, consumer review incentives, affiliate programs, traffic campaigns, and PR.
? Partner closely with regional marketing on programs to directly engage consumers via social media and email.
? Partner with account team on account-specific merchandising and promotional opportunities.
? Perform all other duties as assigned and required.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

? At least three (3) - five (5) years’ experience in eCommerce sales and marketing, preferably with premium consumer electronics or consumer goods brands on T-Mall and JD.com.
? Understanding of leading eCommerce platforms (T-Mall and JD) and the best practices associated with successful brands on those platforms. Demonstrated ability to oversee the development and execution of plans that incorporate those best practices.
? Experience establishing successful working relationships with colleagues in other functions and markets.
? Experience managing cross-functional projects
? Fluent in both spoken and written English. Strong communication and presentation skills.
? Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to do basic photo editing using Photoshop a plus.
? Proactive and service orientated with a "can do" attitude.
