职位描述：
PRIMARY PURPOSE: 职位目标
- Improve local market's awareness of Rockfon ceiling products. 提高当地市场对于洛科风吊顶产品的认知度
- Educate local market and customers to create demands of Rockfon ceiling products. 教育市场和客户，最终创造对洛科风吊顶产品的需求。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要职责
- Establish designers’ and architects’ profile by their division 建立当地建筑设计师名册
- Timely and regularly visit designers and architects to present Rockfon ceiling products and project application and organize seminars to extend business opportunities 定期拜访现有的设计院及设计师，推广洛科风吊顶产品，组织协调开展当地产品研讨会。
- Work with architects, designers, owners and decoration companies to write the specification of Rockfon ceiling products to the projects 与建筑设计师紧密互动，为洛科风吊顶产品推广指定上图。
- Take an active part in various business activities of the company with team spirit. Timely reflect the feedback and information from market and make reasonable suggestions 积极参加公司的各种业务活动。及时对市场上的信息和反馈做出反应并提出合理的建议。
- Provide quality services to our customers and help establish a good reputation and brand image of company 为我们的客户提供优质的服务，帮助建立一个良好的公司声誉和品牌形象
Key Customers:(External) 主要外部客户：
 - Architects/Designers 建筑师/设计师
- Owners/Developers 业主/开发商
 - Code Officials 标准指定机构
 - Distributors 经销商 Key Customers:(Internal)
QUALIFICATIONS:
职位要求
- Bachelar's Degree, preferred in Engineering, Architecture related. 本科学历，工程建筑类专业优先
- 2+ years related working experience in construction material industry. Residential background preferred. 2年以上建材相关行业工作经验；民用建材行业优先
- Designer experience preferred. 有设计背景的优先
- Good communication skill, interpersonal relationship and learning ability. 良好的沟通和交际能力，学习能力强
- Priciple, self-dicipline and responsible. 原则性、自律，有责任心
