Main Responsibilities:
?Receive in-coming phone call, handle the phone transfer, and take a message with professional etiquettes.
?Receive the visitors and guests, guide them to the appropriate personnel with professional appearance, politely and friendly.
?Coordinate the domestic travel request, make the transportation arrangement accordingly.
?Make sure office facilities and equipment run well.
?Perform minor typing and routine admin work as requested, work flexible.
?Assist in HR work.

Requirements:
?College degree in Admin or Engilish.
?Good oral and written Engilish, good communication skills.
