负责华南区域的国际机票产品开发、维护与海外航空公司的合作关系,策划并实施相关的市场营销活动。
Be responsible for developing products relevant to international flight tickets in southern China, maintaining partnerships with a wide range of overseas airlines, and planning and implementing marketing activities.

Job description:
综合分析华南区域散客机票市场需求,进行市场细分,并制定合作开发计划;
1、to analyze comprehensively the air ticket market requirement of individual travelers in southern China, carry out market segmentation and formulate marketing development and promotion plan;
2、监控机票产品的售卖情况,根据系统数据进行产品收益分析,通过产品优化实现收益提升;
2、to focus intently on sales of airline tickets, analyzing product revenue, and increase revenue through product optimization;
3、负责与港澳机场的市场合作谈判,结合市场环境、客流趋势等信息,完成“机+x”的新产品开发及上线;
3、to be in charge of collaborative negotiation with HK airport and Macao airport, combine with information associated with marketing environment and the characteristics of passenger flow, and accomplish the goal of designing the new “Air ticket + X” product.
4、结合总部营销策略,完成所管辖区域内国际机票业务营销活动策划、实施。
4、to integrate the marketing strategy of the corporate headquarter, independently organize and implement marketing activities in defined area.

录用基本要求:
Required qualifications:
统招本科及以上学历,具备3年以上航空公司国际机票部门或一类代理人销售经验;
1、Bachelor degree or above; Have three years’ experience of sales relevant to international air tickets in the airline industry.
2、熟悉各航空公司产品及销售政策、运价策略,善于钻研国际机票产品,对华南区域民航市场环境较为熟悉;
2、Be familiar with sorts of products, sales policy and freight price strategy of different airlines; Be good at fully understand international air ticket products; be familiar with the marketing environment of civil aviation in southern China.
3、具备良好的市场触觉以及优秀的商务沟通谈判能力,对数据敏感,具备机票收益管理知识尤佳;
3、Acute market sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills; Susceptive on data; have the knowledge of revenue management of air tickets.
4、高度自我驱动,既能独立承担业绩,亦能通过顺畅地团队协作达成工作目标;
4、Highly self-motivated; Be able to not only undertake a task independently but cooperate with other group members to achieve organizational goals.
5、熟练运用英文进行商务交流及商务演示;乐于通过出差来促进合作关系。
5、Be able to use English to communicate with foreign partners and make a business presentation; Be willing to promote partnerships through business trips.
