职位描述：
Responsibilities include:
1.Managing various aspects of suppliers’ quality control, such as process control, test and yield improvements;
2.Be responsible for supplier qualification, process audit and on-going suppliers quality management;
3.Co-ordinate and monitor supplier performance scorecard and drive for supplier continuous quality improvement.
4.Trouble shooting, failure analysis, strong problem solving and communication skills are essential;
5.Drive and co-ordinate quality issue related to supplier problem with purchasing, IQC and supplier, assist IQC in incoming inspection activities, provide technical support for quality related issues;
6.Train or organize the training for cross function team technically;
7.Experience in phone industry, well manage electronic and mechanical-electronic parts, including PCBA, FPC, Acoustics, Camera, TP and display etc.

Key Requirement:
1.Have 5+ years of relevant working experience in electronic or mechanical-electronic quality or equivalent, experience in PCBA, FPC, Acoustics, Camera, TP and display quality, process engineering or test in phone industry;
2.Must be able to work independently and proactive;
3.Good understanding of SQA methodologies & practice;
4.Comfortable with working in supporting operations with frequent local or domestic business travel;
5.Good in communication in English & interpersonal skills. 举报 分享
