职位描述：
Job Descriptions：
1. In support of cross-regional RFQ and procurement of specific commodity category, source, select and develop appropriate supplier in consideration of cost competitiveness, commodity quality, and service level based on customer’s requirements.
2. Negotiate for competitive prices and terms &conditions, pursue for continuous cost saving opportunity.
3. Handle contracts signing and vendor setup;
4. Develop strategy partner relationship with the key suppliers, manage the overall performance of the vendors.
5. Collect market intelligence so as to watch the cost trend and ensure to purchase with the competitive cost for the company.
6. Develop the sourcing plan/strategy for specific commodity category, train the team with related knowledge and lead them to work in accordance with the rules & principles.
7. Coordinate and communicate across sites and between the internal & external for the designated project/commodity on behalf of the team.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree.
2. Well experienced in commodity &procurement management and rich engineering background in products of Mechanical parts (Cable, powercord, etc), very familiar with those products& manufacturing/ production process, products industry, products roadmap, cost drivers and supplier base.
3. Could source, select and develop appropriate supplier base,analyze the cost with cost tool/model/templat and beachmakr to industry to determine whether fair value, and can deep dive & aggressively drive for cost improvements. 举报 分享
