职位描述：
POSITION OVERVIEW
The social compliance senior analyst role requires strong data reporting and analytical skills, communication and teamwork capabilities.

Where any manufacturing facility application needed, this role is responsible to help category team to check and review the forms and audit report before submitting to ILS (International Labor Standards) team, to ensure ILS issues are well identified and addressed.

To support business goals, this role also helps to provide consulting and advisory efforts to category team on planning and execution in the education and training of licensees on ILS program requirements

In addition to being opened and adapted to complex business environments and models, this role also requires business sense and knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with internal key stakeholders across category team and ILS team and external licensees, etc.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
? Check and review FAMA forms and ILS audit reports before submitting to ILS team
? Conduct supply chain analysis to ensure # of factories and type of factories are properly declared to and approved by ILS.
? Conduct ILS status check on licensees and facilities, update and review where necessary to ensure ILS procedure fully and timely implemented
? Provide ILS program updates and training to internal category team and external licensees
? Interface with internal key stakeholders across category team and ILS team and external licensees regarding audit, system and factory related issues

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
? University graduate

EXPERIENCE
? 5+ years of working experience in social compliance or ILS related field
? Background in consumer products supply chain management is a plus

SKILLS / EXPERTISE
? Fluent in English / Chinese
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as people management skills
? Flexible and able to work in a multi-task environment
? Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 举报 分享
